At Heypresso, we currently ship exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

All machines are sent via express courier.
Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Time: Estimated arrival within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

🧳 Accessories
Accessories ordered on their own are shipped via standard postal delivery.
Dispatch Time: Orders are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Time: Estimated arrival within 2–5 working days.

Note: Working days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery timelines.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

Duties & Taxes

For UK and UAE customers:

  • All applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged upon arrival.

  • Heypresso does not cover or reimburse these fees.
